Mat Cendana's faith in the basic goodness of people is restored - all thanks to one assistant editor of The Star.
The "Yoga Fatwa" - Now this issue has been blowing the past few days and has been useful in at least one thing : Mat Cendana now knows the inside of the hearts of some people, Muslims and non-Muslims alike, based on their posts or the comments they had left at the blogs.
And many of them appear to have hearts that smell like the carcass of a dog hit by a lorry two days previously ... including some of the "Bangsa Malaysia" proponents ... and some of the Malays and Muslims too.
"Who, How, Where and Why"? Another day, folks. Right now I'm just going to provide the link to a post by someone else.
For the past few days, I've been trawling the blogs; reading the posts and comments, and saving some of the `worthy ones' for "future use". And finally, I've come up to this post: Fatwa on yoga by Brigitte Rozario.
Brigitte has been a journalist for 19 years and is currently with the paper's New Media section - the one that sends to you the SMS Alerts, among other things.
But anyway, what I'm more interested in right now is her post. You can click on the link or picture above to read it. And please do - if you are really interested in learning the truth about a lot of things, that is.
I'm going to quote the end of her post:
"Don’t people read and scrutinise comments before reacting?"
They don't, Brigitte. Why? Because they already have something inside their dirty hearts, and they have agendas - some hidden while the rest were open - and were waiting for "opportunities". And they had thought this fatwa was one of them...
They will have this come back like a boomerang - hitting them dead smack on their heads - in the future. Wait for it.
